„Mindfulness – how we remain resilient in difficult times“

Mindfulness is the beginning and the core of a joyful, awake and dynamic life. It is the path to get to know ourselves better, to learn self-compassion and to connect with the environment. We are able to be fully present without exhausting ourselves.

Sitting and walking meditation , mindfulness practices, a keynote speech, group work and conversation are parts of the evening. Beginners are welcome.

I am looking forward to exploring mindfulness with you during this course at the Yogawerkstatt.
