with Michael Hamilton
Sunday, 28. June 2020
9 – 11 a.m.
Challenging times can leave us feeling defeated, or they can be an opportunity that calls to us for growth.
In this Master Class we will start with an exploration on this theme and how the practice of yoga helps to ground us in the present moment through cultivating awareness through the body and mind.
After easing into some deep and longer held stretches and observe the arising of sensations over time, we will shift to a more dynamic and challenging sequence of postures. Our intention will be to balance strength and range of motion throughout the body by combining intelligent sequencing with peak postures.
Some familiarity with postural yoga is recommended.
