Lorraine has been dedicated to the path of yoga for a little over
30 years. Her studies have taken her to both traditional Indian ashrams and modern-day gurus. She has immersed herself deeply into the different yogic paths of Raja, Tantra, Bhakti, Jnana and Karma and is currently very inspired by different somatic-based practices, ecotherapy and trauma.

She offers a nurturing feminine approach to the lineage of classical yoga, honouring both the human & spiritual in her advanced yoga teacher trainings for women, online and in person. When she is not teaching, she lives simply in her beach house in Thailand deepening into her own self-study program and runs a non-profit organization to help women who have suffered abuse.

Romana was drawn into the path of Yoga in 1995 through the rigorous practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. She has been studying extensively with Richard Freeman & Mary Taylor. Her studies led her to explore many avenues of the old wisdom traditions. For the past 18 years, Romana together with her husband nursed the Yogawerkstatt, a sangha-oriented yoga studio in downtown Vienna.

In 2018 a challenging autoimmune disease led her into exploring many paths of healing and self-inquiry. Today Romana teaches mainly quiet and gentle yoga practices, meditation, breathwork, mantra, yoga nidra and self-inquiry supported through ritual, devotion, nature and reverence of the ancestors. In recent years she has immersed herself into the study of Shamanic rituals.

The Weltenhof is a private little farm beautifully set in the Südburgenland.

The farm is the home of Sascha and Romana Delberg, which they open once or twice per month for bespoke, and very private Yoga/Mindfulness Retreats.

We are living together on the farm, all rooms are shared accommodation. The rooms are beautifully, however simply furnished and very cozy. Sascha and Romana will be cooking for us and make sure that we are very much looked after during our time together.

The Weltenhof is not a commercial retreat place. It is a private home that offers bespoke private yoga and mindfulness retreats.
